The author approached We Shift Culture with a deeply meaningful project: a book rooted in the lived experiences and spiritual reflections of individuals on Death Row. While the book’s message centered on the pursuit of joy, humanity, and redemption in the darkest of circumstances, public perception of the subject matter made it difficult to reach the broader audience it deserved. The Players Alliance approached We Shift Culture just three weeks before their inaugural Fly Ball Jubilee in Montgomery, Alabama. They had a powerful vision—to celebrate baseball, inspire youth, and galvanize community pride—but needed immediate, full-scale support to bring the event to life. With limited time and several key elements still undefined, the challenge was not only to execute the event, but to shape its identity, organize its structure, and ensure it resonated with the community.

Understanding both the urgency and the importance of the Jubilee’s purpose, We Shift Culture stepped in to lead end-to-end event development. From marketing and communications to vendor coordination, branding, and on-site logistics, our team worked rapidly and collaboratively to transform concept into reality.
