Eric T. Reees, MBA | CEO We Shift Culture

Chief Executive Officer

Eric T. Reese, MBA

Eric is a 20-plus-year marketing veteran with extensive experience across the biotech, healthcare, fintech, beauty, and retail sectors. As the Chief Marketing Officer of We Shift Culture, a trailblazing black-owned Marketing and Creative Agency based in Durham, NC, he masterfully combines innovation with strategy to elevate businesses into esteemed brands. Before joining, his strategic insight was displayed at EnlivenHealth, where he led B2B marketing for retail pharmacy chains and health plans. Previously at Duke Health System, Reese led the marketing for their Health Wellness division.

Vice President Digital and Media Strategy

Raschanda Hall

Raschanda is a veteran digital strategist and marketing consultant supporting agencies and clients of all sizes. She brings extensive experience in digital communications from her 18-year tenure with Business Wire, where she managed a global media relations team and maintained equally deep connections with news media and other communicators. With a knack for generating on-the-spot ideas, she is a key participant in brainstorming sessions with clients; and shows a passion for executive communications. Raschanda serves as the Media Related Representative on the Board of the National Association of Black Journalists, a 4,000-member organization representing Black communicators worldwide. Raschanda is also the immediate past president of Chicago’s chapter of the Black Public Relations Society.

Patrick U. Di Chiro, Principal

Patrick is a marketer and business strategist with over three decades of experience in building and marketing leading global brands. His expertise spans a variety of sectors, including healthcare technology, fintech, consumer goods, and lifestyle products. Notably, he has held positions such as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Communications Officer for technology firms, including E*TRADE, and has founded Thunder Factory, a pioneering interactive marketing agency.

In his extensive career, Patrick has been instrumental in various facets of marketing, from brand strategy to digital marketing and public relations. He has worked with numerous prestigious brands like American Express, Visa, and Reebok, and played a pivotal role in launching over 50 technology startups, including his own fintech brand, MONDO. Most recently, he spearheaded the marketing division of EnlivenHealth®, significantly contributing to its position as a leader in digital transformation solutions for the retail pharmacy sector. Patrick's educational background includes a BS in Journalism from the University of Maryland, with a minor in Political Science.
